Director and Founder
Moneywatch Pty Ltd
Samantha Stockwell is a veteran of the accounting and financial planning industry. She spent the first 10 years of her career working as a Certified Financial Planner with National Australia Bank, Plan B, and then with Moneywatch. Founded in 2002 in Sydney by Samantha, Moneywatch held its own Australia Financial Service Licence between 2007 and 2011.
In 2012, Samantha’s interest in business consultancy drove her to transition Moneywatch away from personal financial services and towards the management and accounting needs of small to medium businesses. Samantha assisted with incorporation and start-up requirements, business advisory, bookkeeping, management accounting, company secretarial services, research & development grants, and capital raising.
Through Samantha’s diverse experiences, she is well-positioned to assist clients through the challenges of business ownership. She is passionate about helping people manage money and their businesses.
In 2019, Samantha relocated to the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband and three school-aged kids. In her spare time, she continues to expand her skills and is completing a Juris Doctor part-time (postgraduate law degree).
